今日は、その石焼ビビンバと びっくり市をご紹介させていただきます!(^^)!
Today, I would like to introduce the stone-roasted bibimbap and Bikkuri-ichi!(^^)!
びっくり市は、福岡県直方市感田にあります。
Bikkuri-ichi is located in Kanden, Nogata City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
明治屋産業といって地元でも頑張っている精肉会社です。
Meijiya Sangyo is a butcher company that is doing its best in the local area.

現在は精肉事業だけではなく各方面でシェアを拡大している優良企業さんです。

先代が創業したのは１９６２年で、明治屋産業の設立は１９７２年らしいです。
The predecessor was founded in 1962, and Meijiya Sangyo was established in 1972.
私が子供の頃から慣れ親しんだお店ですねえ。
It’s a store that I’ve been familiar with since I was a child.
毎週金～日曜日に「びっくり市」を開催しています。
“Bikkuri Market” is held every Friday to Sunday.
いろんなイベントを敷地内で開催したり、画期的なことをやってくれて地域の人たちを楽しませてくれています。
Various events are held on the premises, and they do innovative things to entertain the local people.
店内はとても広いので時間をかけて散策できます。
The store is very large, so you can take your time walking around.
以前は敷地内で遊園地もやっていて多くの家族連れでにぎわっていましたよ。

昭和52年（１９７２年）に福岡県直方市で開催された「明治屋産業」が全国の「週末ビックリ市」ブームを起こす火付け役となったらしいです。

さあ、前置きはこれくらいにして、石焼ビビンバの紹介をしましょう。

肉入りは６６０円。
660 yen with meat.
ここは時間が止まっているかのよに感じるレトロな空間です。
This is a retro space where you feel as if time has stopped.
昭和のレトロ感も味わえる空間は、そのノスタルジックな味わいも加味されます。
The nostalgic flavor is added to the space where you can enjoy the retro feeling of the Showa era (1970s).
しかも絶品です。
It is very tasty
だからいつもお客さんで溢れ返っています。
That’s why it’s always overflowing with customers.
他にも４００円の豚骨ラーメンとか３００円のカレーライスなどなど・・・

「マジで！！」ってつい独り言を言ってしまいそうな場面に遭遇します。

切磋琢磨しながら販売されています。

どのお店も沢山のお客さんでいっぱいでした。
All the shops were full of customers.
広い店内には生鮮から惣菜、パン屋さん、駄菓子屋さん、花屋さん、日用雑貨から洋服屋さん、とにかく多種多様なお店でいっぱいです。
The spacious store is filled with a wide variety of shops, from fresh produce to side dishes, bakeries, candy stores, flower shops, daily goods stores, and clothing stores.
さらに金曜日は１０％引きですよ。

まるで毎週末の三日間（毎週金曜日～日曜日）が歳末大売出しのようです。

小耳に挟んだのですが、店舗の老朽化により近々建て替えが検討されているとかいないとか・・・

ラーメン・半チャーハンセットを食べてきました。
I ate ramen and half fried rice set.
６００円のセットです。
It is a set of 600 yen.
ラーメンが黒くなっているところは胡椒をかけています。
Pepper is applied where the ramen is black.
とろみのある濃厚豚骨スープですが、味はそんなに濃くはない感じです。
It’s a thick pork bone soup, but the taste is not so strong.
薄目のチャーシューが二枚入り。
Two slices of thin char siu.
味は良かったのですが、残念なのは麺がほどけてない感じで食感が良くなかったです。
The taste was good, but unfortunately the noodles didn’t come loose and the texture wasn’t good.
多めのお湯で茹でてもらえれば良くなるかもしれませんね💦
It might be better if you boil it in a lot of hot water💦
半チャーハンは可もなく不可もなしってところでした。良くある味です。
Half fried rice was neither good nor bad. It’s a common taste.
いずれにしても、この値段ですから満足です(^^♪
